We all enjoy having a nice, relaxed night, watching a movie, and having a delicious dinner, or our favorite drink. However, this can also lead to indigestion, heartburn, or acid reflux.
Jackson Siegelbaum Gastroenterology reports that people with GERD should avoid the following foods, drinks, and lifestyle habits:
Yet, we suggest the recipe of a delicious bedtime drink that will actually soothe the unpleasant symptoms of GERD and help you wake up full of energy in the morning.
All of the ingredients of this drink offer amazing health benefits, and their combination drastically improves health. The Golden Milk is a combination of turmeric, ginger, coconut milk, honey, and black pepper, and it helps digestion while relieving acid reflux.
According to Dr.Mercola:
“It’s difficult to describe turmeric in brief simply because it has so many beneficial properties. That’s why the “spice of life,” as it’s known in India, sums it up wonderfully.
Traditional medicinal uses in both traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), as well as Ayurvedic medicine, include the treatment of liver disease, skin problems, respiratory and gastrointestinal ailments, sprained muscles, joint pains, and general wound healing.
Turmeric’s benefits have since been well documented in the medical literature, and curcumin — one of the most well-studied bioactive ingredients in turmeric – has been found to promote health and protect against a wide variety of health conditions.
It actually exhibits over 150 potentially therapeutic activities, including anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activity, as well as potent anti-cancer properties that have been intensely studied. “
Turmeric detoxifies the liver, soothes arthritis symptoms, treats pain and fevers, improves brain and heart health, and boosts blood circulation. Ginger helps the digestive process, treats nausea and vomiting, accelerates the circulation of blood, relieves pain, and much more.
“Coconut milk is made from the expressed juice of grated coconut meat and water. About 50 percent of the fat in coconut oil is lauric acid, which is rarely found in nature. Your body converts lauric acid into monolaurin, a monoglyceride that can actually destroy lipid-coated viruses such as HIV and herpes, influenza, measles, gram-negative bacteria, and protozoa such as Giardia lamblia.
Lauric acid is a type of medium-chain fatty acid (MCFAs), which is easily digested and readily crosses cell membranes. MCFAs are immediately converted by your liver into energy rather than being stored as fat.
There are numerous studies showing that MCFAs promote weight loss, including one study that showed rats fed MCFAs reduced body fat and improved insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance. In addition, coconut milk is rich in antioxidants and nutrients, including vitamins C, E, and B vitamins, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and iron.”
It effectively alleviates pain and discomfort from GERD, while black pepper is added to boost the bioavailability of turmeric.
Honey is one of the most versatile natural foods, provides high amounts of amino acids, enzymes, minerals, and vitamin, and eases the symptoms of acid reflux.
Now, here is how to prepare this drink:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, and heat the mixture into a saucepan until it comes to a boil. Then, lower the heat, cook for 5 more minutes, and drink this delicious milk an hour before going to bed.
You will improve your sleep quality, and wake up energized, and free of discomfort and pain!

A recent groundbreaking study has found that plants could absorb energy from other plants, and these findings have stimulated scientists to investigate further and find out if people can absorb energy from one another in a similar way.
The study was led by Dr. Olaf Kruse, and the research team provided evidence that the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii can not only engage in photosynthesis, but that it is also able to draw an alternative energy form, from various other plants located near it.
Plants need water, food, carbon dioxide, and sunlight in order to grow, just like we need the energy from food, sunlight, oxygen, and minerals from water.
The team of researchers planted the tiny green alga species and observed it during for some period of time, during which it did not receive its typical sources of energy. The plants started absorbing energies from single-cell plants located around them. This was enabled by creating enzymes which digested the cellulose from the other plants.
Dr. Kruse says:
“This is the first time that such a behavior has been confirmed in a vegetable organism. That algae can digest cellulose contradicts every previous textbook. To a certain extent, what we are seeing is plants eating plants.”
Continuing, he compared the behavior to human beings. “This is exactly why there are certain people who feel uncomfortable in specific group settings where there is a mix of energy and emotions.”
While speaking in regards to how this discovery would affect scientific studies on humans and how they could possibly feed off of one another, Dr. Olivia Badar-Lee explained,
“When energy studies become more advanced in the coming years, we will eventually see this translated to human beings as well. The human organism is very much like a plant, it draws needed energy to feed emotional states and this can essentially energize cells or cause increases in cortisol and catabolize cells depending on the emotional trigger.”
Furthermore, according to her, she believes that it would be the perfect time to now begin to explore the field of bioenergy:
“Human can absorb and heal through other humans, animals, and any part of nature. That’s why being around nature is often uplifting and energizing for so many people”.
Therefore, in order to protect yourself from potential energy drains, consider the tips below:
Steer Clear of Negativity
You need to stay away from people, places, and things that make you feel bad and bring negativity in your life.
People have valued such practices for centuries. In order to cleanse your body from negative energy, enjoy a warm bath with sea salt, or use a sage stick.
The earth balances our energies, so whenever you feel drained, take a walk barefoot, or simply sit on the ground.
Additionally, Michael Forrester, a popular spiritual counselor and a practicing motivational speaker for corporations in Japan, Canada, and the United States, advises:
“Own your personal aura space
We each have an energetic aura surrounding our body. If we don’t own this personal space we are vulnerable to foreign energy entering it. Become aware of your aura boundaries (about an arm’s length away from your body all the way around, above and below) as a way to own your personal space.
Give yourself an energy cleanse
The color gold has a high vibration which is useful for clearing away foreign energy. Imagine a gold shower nozzle at the top of your aura (a few feet above your head) and turn it on, allowing clear gold energy to flow through your aura and body space and release down your grounding. You will immediately feel cleansed and refreshed.
Call back your energy
When we have our energy in our own space there is less room for other’s energy to enter. But as we focus on other people and projects we sometimes spread our energy around. Create an image of a clear gold sun several feet above your head and let it be a magnet, attracting all of your energy back into it (and purifying it in the gold energy). Then bring it down through the top of your aura and into your body space, releasing your energy back into your personal space.”

Apparently, the newest scientific discovery can possibly leave dentures and implants in the past, and make millions of people extremely happy.
These two methods for a missing tooth or teeth can lead to serious dental health issues, such as discomfort and irritations, difficulties to eat, and pain in the case of dentures, while implants can cause infections, nerve damage, injury or damage to the surrounding structures, and sinus problems.
According to Dentistry iQ:
“Despite being the preferred treatment for missing teeth today, dental implants can fail and have no ability to “remodel” with the surrounding jaw bone, which undergoes necessary and inevitable changes throughout a person’s life.”
“Although dental implants are available, the healing process can take months on end, and implants that fail to align with the ever-growing jawbone tend to fall out. If only adult teeth could be regenerated, right? According to a study published in the latest Journal of Dental Research, a new tissue regeneration technique may allow people to simply regrow a new set of pearly whites.”
Undoubtedly, all these issues could be avoided with such a procedure for growing a new tooth in the location of the lost tooth.
Underground Health Reporter claims:
“This is a much-needed medical advancement, especially considering that by age 74—26% of adults have lost all of their permanent teeth.”
Dentistry iQ adds:
“A new technique pioneered at the Tissue Engineering, and Regenerative Medicine Laboratory of Dr. Jeremy Mao, Edward V. Zegarelli Professor of Dental Medicine, and a professor of biomedical engineering at Columbia University can orchestrate the body’s stem cells to migrate to three-dimensional scaffold that is infused with the growth factor. This can yield an anatomically correct tooth in as soon as nine weeks once implanted in the mouth.”
“Dental implants usually consist of a cone-shaped titanium screw with a roughened or smooth surface and are placed in the jaw bone. While implant surgery may be performed as an outpatient procedure, healing times vary widely, and successful implantation is a result of multiple visits to certified clinicians, including general dentists, oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and periodontists.”
The technique of growing a new tooth will take about two months, and despite the fact that it will be less invasive, it can also be less expensive.
Dr. Jeremy Mao maintains:
“Key consideration in tooth regeneration is finding a cost-effective approach that can translate into therapies for patients who cannot afford or who are not suitable candidates for dental implants. Cell-homing-based tooth regeneration may provide a distinct pathway toward clinical translation.”
According to Columbia University Medical Center:
“Dr. Mao’s technique not only eliminates the need to grow teeth in a Petri dish, but it is the first to achieve regeneration of anatomically correct teeth by using the body’s own resources. Factor in the faster recovery time and the comparatively natural process of regrowth (as opposed to implantation), and you have a massively appealing dental treatment.”
Therefore, this university has already filed patent applications in regard to the technology and is trying to find associates to help its commercialization, while in the meantime, Dr. Mao is considering the best approach for applying this groundbreaking technique to cost-effective clinical therapies.
